  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, natural events, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999 (India only).

7. Returns & Refund Policy

At MoriGlow, we value your satisfaction and strive for the highest product quality.

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Perishable items like fresh drumsticks

To initiate a return, please email support@moriglow.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
