1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

We currently deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
Orders below ₹999 will incur a nominal shipping fee based on your location, displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You can track your order status using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your MoriGlow account.

Packaging
All MoriGlow products are packaged with care using eco-friendly, tamper-proof materials to ensure your items arrive safely and sustainably.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We take great pride in the quality and purity of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligible for Return or Replacement
You can request a return or replacement if:
You received a wrong or damaged item
The product is defective or expired
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
To initiate a return, please email support@moriglow.com with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or opened products
Perishable items like fresh drumsticks
Items purchased during sale or clearance events
Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your refund approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through a bank transfer. Please provide account details during the return process.
Replacements
If you request a replacement (for damaged or incorrect items), the replacement product will be shipped once the original item is received and verified at our warehouse.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, if it has not been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
To cancel, email orders@moriglow.com with your order number.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:
Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@moriglow.com.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. International Orders (Coming Soon)
We are working on enabling international shipping.
Once available, international customers will be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees.
Delivery timelines and return policies may differ accordingly.
